If you are dissatisfied with the purchased course, or encounter unresolved technical issues that render the course completely unusable, we will process your refund.
2. How to Apply for a Refund
When sending your refund application email, please indicate your transaction order ID clearly, with the email subject uniformly formatted as “Statistics Course Refund Application”. In the email body, describe the problems you encountered and the reasons for the refund in detail. When necessary, we may request relevant supporting documents; meanwhile, we will also provide our work records and verification evidence to explain the evaluation process and refund decision to you in a more transparent and detailed manner.
3. Refund Conditions
- For refund requests caused by technical issues, you must first allow us to provide full assistance and troubleshooting. If we fail to resolve your problem within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued. You can contact our 24/7 online customer support for assistance at any time.
- Refund applications are only accepted within 72 hours after course purchase; applications submitted after this period will not be processed.
- If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund amount will usually be credited back to your original payment account within 3–7 working days; some special cases may take up to 30 working days. The processing time is determined by the payment institution, and we, as the course provider, assume no responsibility for this.
- Full refunds are available for applications submitted within 72 hours of purchase; for applications submitted after 72 hours, a partial refund will be calculated based on the actual usage duration of the course. Our team will take the initiative to contact you to inform you of the outcome of all refund applications.
- Note: The refund process usually takes 3–10 working days to complete. This cycle is beyond our control and is handled by the payment processor. We will expedite the refund process for you as soon as we receive and review your application.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will not accept full or partial refund applications under the following circumstances:
- You request a refund because the course content, syllabus structure or teaching style does not meet your personal expectations;
- We recommend all learners take the free trial course first before purchasing long-term course packages of 3 months or more.
5. Technical Support Services
For all course usage assistance requests from learners, we will provide comprehensive technical support, including but not limited to troubleshooting and resolution of issues such as learning account activation, device compatibility, platform operation, and course content loading.
6. Explanation of Temporary Course Access Issues
Although our learning servers are generally stable, occasional temporary malfunctions may occur, such as individual course content loading freezes, buffering failures or access denials. Our professional technical team will fix these issues as soon as possible.
Most temporary anomalies are caused by the following reasons:
- Fluctuations or insufficient bandwidth of the learner’s personal network;
- Problems with the learner’s device, browser or account settings;
- Malfunctions of the learner’s local Internet Service Provider (ISP);
- Temporary maintenance of the course content source server;
- Learner’s request to switch learning servers or login accounts;
- Weekly routine maintenance and performance optimization upgrades of our servers.
If you are unable to access the course normally for 48 consecutive hours or more due to our reasons (e.g., server failure), we will either refund the full course fee to you, or free extend your original course validity period to cover all inaccessible time plus additional negotiated compensation time.
